Provide leadership to field sales force, develop insights to division/customer relationships and how to support them on a continuous improvement basis. Competent in English. 3. 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction; 3 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales people, experience of MNC will be a plus. 4. Knowledgeable in business experience especially with Taiwan Top 10 electronic companies, proven sales performance and experience as a team leader. 5. Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills. 6. Experience with daily CRM system operation.

JOB PURPOSE Provide technical support to the customers on all application/engineering issues, work closely with the sales team to penetrate the markets and explore new applications for Chomerics products, develops necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, and assists in application engineering of Chomerics when required. Responsibilities:  Provides application engineering support for Thermal Interface and EMI Shielding products.  Provides off-site or on-site technical assistance to customers.  Coordinates activities with Inside Sales Rep’s, Field Sales and manufacturing team.  Support the Inside Sales on customers incoming technical and applications inquires (via email/phone/fax).  Performs and manages Applications related projects for key customers to support the business growth.  Work with Sales Manager, potential customer and R&D engineer on New Product Development, assist in communicating with customer, collecting feedback and solving any potential application issues.  Develops and implements annual SOP’s (Standards of Performance). Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred.  +5 years engineering experience.  Mechanical (structural) or Electrical design experience in electronic, telecommunication, automotive and difference industries.  EMI and Thermal material application experience  Experience in dispensing system of Thermal Gel and Form-In-Place gasket and its operation is added advantage.  Familiar with Automotive and Defense Standard & Requirements.  Project Management skills and experience with Project Management tools like SAP, IMS, Microsoft Office.  Hand on Experience & knowledge in plastic injection molding, diecasting, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping technologies.  Immense knowledge and experience in Product Development Cycle and Process from conceptual to MP.  Product design and development skills, Proficient in operating Engineering CAD software like Auto CAD, Pro-E/CREO, SolidWorks, CATIA.  Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.  PC Proficient (MS Word, Excel, preferred)
