Review and discuss with brand team for assumptions/targets (linked with business plan). 3. Provide timely, relevant annual sales target and related reconciliation. 4. Lead related cross-function discussion with Head of FP&A support. 【Marketing promotion】 1. Responsible for marketing promotion pre-analysis, verify assumption and prepare analysis sales & cost simulation. 2. Responsible for post-tracking of marketing campaign. Review KPI and summarize the results and lesson learned. 【Reporting】 1. Responsible for the weekly sales reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas. 2. Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested. 3. Highlight risk/opportunities to Head of FP&A and Finance Director. 【Ad hoc】 1. Support Head of FP&A to perform ad-hoc task 2. Perform financial justification for projects.

Project Leadership & Delivery - Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (apps, websites, e-commerce) within scope, timeline, and budget. - Translate business requirements into UI/UX designs, prototypes, and customer journey maps. - Develop test plans, oversee UAT, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Stakeholder & Team Management - Coordinate internal teams, global stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve milestones. - Manage and mentor 5–8 IT professionals (goal-setting, performance reviews, training). - Advocate local business needs within the company IT framework. 3. Strategy & Optimization - Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, sales growth, and customer experience. - Drive efficiency by standardizing best practices (design, workflows, security). - Monitor IT KPIs, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts. 4. Risk & Innovation - Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks proactively. - Stay ahead of tech trends (AI, cloud, analytics); recommend innovations for digital growth.
