Job Summary
As TXOne’s Sr. IT Manager in the Information Technology team, you are part of a high-performance unit ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations that support the company’s growth. Leading the IT function, you collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to address internal equipment, system, and infrastructure needs. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise networks, and endpoint management practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Sr. IT Manager aligns technology strategies with business goals while fostering operational excellence and safeguarding the organization’s digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of company-wide IT infrastructure, including Wireless, LAN, WAN, Firewall, IPS, and VLAN configurations, ensuring operational stability, scalability, and security.
• Lead and mentor the IT team to effectively divide responsibilities across endpoint support, cybersecurity operations, and network administration.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in high-priority infrastructure and security tasks such as firewall configuration, VPN setup, and device provisioning when necessary.
• Define and enforce IT security policies, access control configurations, and incident response workflows to safeguard organizational assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements, implement scalable IT solutions, and support employee onboarding from an IT readiness perspective.
• Supervise regular data backups, system audits, and disaster recovery measures to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
• Continuously improve network performance, system reliability, and endpoint security through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct feasibility assessments, and propose implementation plans that align with business objectives.
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain a high standard of internal service quality.
