Responsibilities： 1. Strategy and Execution: - Manage the development team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. - Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks and projects to the team members, and monitor their progress and quality. - Ensure that the digital tools are user-friendly, secure, scalable, and reliable. - Ensure that the digital tools are compliant with the relevant standards and regulations. - Communicate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, customer service, IT, and external partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. - Lead online Insurance teams to enhance customer value propositions through self-service options and technical knowledge/support. - Prepare and present reports and updates on the team's performance and achievements. - Research and evaluate new technologies and trends that can improve the digital customer engagement tools. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 2. Requirements and Use Cases: - Work closely with business function and technical primes to translate approved business requirements into detailed system requirements. - Review team deliverables to ensure alignment with use cases and system requirements. - Ensure that the digital tools are aligned with the company's vision, strategy, and brand identity. 3. Vendor Management: - Evaluate vendor work deliverables (such as System Design Specifications) to ensure compliance with system requirements. - Explore alternative solutions to meet project goals. - Manage risk, schedule, quality, and change throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Testing and Deployment: - Define test criteria and contribute to test plans. - Review and sign off on functional requirement, system integration testing result, code merge review and program deployment etc. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful deployment. - Collaborate with Quality Engineering team to build and maintain the end-to-end auto-testing cases. Requirements： - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in developing digital internet facing tools, such as web applications, mobile applications, chatbots. - At least 1 years of experience in leading and managing a development team. - Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Django, Flask, Firebase, AWS, Git, spring etc. - Strong knowledge of user interface design, user experience, and usability principles. - Strong knowledge of web and mobile security, performance, and optimization techniques. - Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Passionate about creating innovative and engaging digital tools that delight customers.

- Conduct system requirement analysis, functional planning, and technical evaluation. - Prepare system design documentation including architecture, data flow, and API specifications. - Develop and maintain backend systems using Java technologies. - Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate JavaScript-based functionalities. - Support QA teams in system testing and issue resolution. - Participate in projects related to mobile insurance, remote insurance, and channel service platforms. - Continuously optimize system performance and stability Required Qualifications: 1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Java system analysis and development. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript development. 3. Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design. 4. Strong knowledge of database design and SQL (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) 5. Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git) 6. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus. - Familiarity with mobile insurance, remote insurance, or channel service systems. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.

Provide support in delivering IFRS 17 valuation. This includes: －　Perform Prophet ALS runs for liability valuation. Ensure data is reconciled and accurate for the purposes of financial report production. Conduct reasonableness checks and analyses on results. Accurate and timely production of financial calculations. －　Perform and able to explain the key drivers for IFRS17 Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting work within the agreed timeline. Review and optimize the Budgeting and Forecasting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Strengthen control to prevent process reruns. －　Perform tests and analyses as required under the IFRS 17 standards. －　Ensure proper documentation of work. －　Work with other departments and provide support when necessary. －　To perform UAT and implement IFRS17 solution enhancements/Day 2 items. Qualification: 1. Passionate about financial reporting. 2. Motivated and pro-active, detailed oriented and work independently. Strong technical and analytical skills. 3. Committed to excellence and always strive to deliver results with high standards. 4. Good understanding of insurance products and good working knowledge of Prophet systems. 5. 5 - 10 years of actuarial experience. IFRS17 working experience is an advantage.

• Ensure the formation of PCALT Technology Risk Management framework and the successful rollout and implementation. • Provide technical and best practice guidance on information and technology risk ,taking into account specific platform and regional complexities and issues. • Support PCALT risk management function in ensuring periodic reporting of information and technology risk matters to Risk Committee. • Work closely with non-financial risk(operational risk) management team in managing information and technology risk • Ensure the formation of the information and technology risk appetite and key risk metrics for management oversight and the successful rollout within PCALT. • Proactively monitor PCALT risk register related to IT and to escalate any potential risk area for Group level risk reporting. • Work closely with ORM to review risk register to ensure the risk rating, treatment plan and target completion date can reduce/mitigate the risk on reasonable basis. • Promote a risk culture to stakeholders in managing IT risk.

1. Propel channel initiatives to ensure the completion of business plan. 2. Integrate cross-functional support to help channels to extend customer segments such as HNW/ultra-HNW/Mass market/ILP. 3. Collaborate with sales and operation team to refine purchase journey and seek possible improvement on UW process which are beneficial to sales. 4. Deliver channel insight to work with Data team to grow repeated sales opportunity for BK/BR and seek more leads sources for DM/TM. 5. Support product strategies based on PCALT direction and channel needs. 6. Facilitate strategic partnership, review of sales campaign, and IC activity management. 7. Lead the analysis and discussion of any tactical solution or new initiatives. Qualification: －At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector. －Familiar with distribution/channel strategy or management in insurance. －Strong knowledge in different aspects of insurance business including channel management, product strategy, underwriting & operation process, customer insight and digital solutions. －Excellent skill of data processing, calculation and analysis on business/sales performance/customers. －Strong communication/interpersonal skills and team work spirit. －Fluent language in both English and Chinese.
