1.Contribute to regularly ALM risk monitoring, gap analysis, duration analysis to help senior management understand the situation of asset and liability matching. 2.Contribute to Budget/Product ALM development for strategic asset allocation and expected yield estimation 3.Contribute to on-going report / projects, such as ALM study, IFRS17, Solvency II, ICS, Local Stress Test and Local ORSA. 4.Contribute to the financial impact of FX hedging strategy and derivatives counter valuation. 5.Contribute to Financial Performance and Risk Monitoring on GF portfolio/GF insurance activities. 6.Propose declared rates for participating products, interest-sensitive products and unit linked annuity products. 7.Ensure the ALM work compliant with local regulation and internal procedure.

1. Management of PAR funds as well as General Fund assets A. Missions (1) Steer and justify the tactical asset allocations for each fund via appropriate quantitative analyses, within the limits of the Strategic Asset Allocation guidance and the Investment Policy guidelines, for approval by relevant stakeholders and Investment Committees. 　(2 )Monitor tactical asset allocation benchmark performance versus strategic allocation benchmark performance and update tactical asset allocation proposal and justification as often as necessary, consistently with financial market evolutions and market intelligence updates, for approval by relevant stakeholders and Investment Committees. 　(3) Design and setup strong PAR/GF investment market intelligence platform to make sure that PAR/GF tactical investment strategy remains competitive relatively to local investment market practices rolled out by other local lifers 　(4) Monitor BNPPAM investment performance against tactical asset allocation benchmark performance and challenge BNPPAM investment management decisions to maximize investment performance within the limit of allocated risk envelope 　(5) Design and formalize tactical investment process and procedures consistently with above initiatives. 　(6) Produce and update relevant presentation material and contribute to the coordination and animation of the Investment Committee under the supervision of the head of Investment & ALM. 　(7) Produce and present investment and risk monitoring reports to stakeholders within relevant committees in compliance with regulations and company requirements 　(8) Take in charge the production of ad-ho studies on Investment and tactical ALM perimeter and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders on request B. Interaction with BNPPAM, HO investments, finance, ALM and other stakeholders C. Ensure management of PAR/General Fund portfolio of the company remains compliant with regulation, governance and delegation D. Constantly optimize investment processes to maximize efficiency under the constraint of resources and means allocated and relentlessly challenge status quo 2. Managerial responsibilities A.
