Working experience: 3-5 years 5. Industry: Chemical industry related, Semiconductor is preferred

1. Order Management: Manage sales orders, including approval process, requirements identification, confirmation, and follow-up. Liaise with CSS Team in GBS Shanghai, to ensure orders key in accurately, goods delivered, timely credit and debit note processed. 2. Reviews existing customer handling/satisfaction policies and monitors the current status of the customer care department. 3. Drive optimization and efficiency on operation/process and SC KPI. (e.g. order automation) 4. Acts an important role to communicate with commercial team, customers, and supply chain. 5. Meeting participation and involvement (e.g. PPT preparation) 6. Drive and facilitate S&OP process and KPI achievement.

1. Lead and conduct new product development projects to deliver innovative results in alignment with business priorities. 2. Conceive innovative routes and employ sound experimental designs to effectively develop new products. Hands-on adhesive formulation is expected. 3. Design, develop, execute and support on-time commercialization of new adhesive formulations and products. 4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal teams, management, and customers and technical conferences. 5. Directly interact and communicate with external customers and respond to customers’ requests in a timely fashion. 6. Effectively work with cross functional teams. 7. Effectively collaborate with global PD teams. 8. Manage technician(s) and/or junior chemist(s). 9. Monitor IP landscape of responsible area(s), develop/execute IP strategy. 10. Perform all laboratory work in a safe manner and comply with all regulations, safety precautions, PPE requirements, and 5S processes. 11. Use and promote Henkel Digitalization initiatives. 12. Be a technical leader of assigned technology.

YOUR ROLE 1. Design and conduct test to support Sales provide technical solution to semiconductor customers 2. Provide technical support for materials characterization, process application, and reliability testing 3. Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues related to materials or components 4. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and market teams to deliver customer solutions 5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations or reports in English and Mandarin 6. Conduct sample preparation, analysis operation (e.g. SEM/EDS, FTIR, TGA, etc.) and method development 7. Document testing workflows and ensure data traceability YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU 1. Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field 2. 3-5 years of work experience in semiconductor, materials testing, component reliability, or related fields 3. Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in materials characterization techniques 4. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken) 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 6. Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks ***
