Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead New Product Development (NPD) executed at our Southeast Asia (SEA) manufacturing partners and manage the Vietnam and Cambodia Manufacturing Engineering teams. Technician will perform static and dynamic tests to help evaluate if all design criteria are met before production approval. They will also assist in development of future tests, evaluation of tested components and the evaluation of any non-conformities discovered in testing. As a member of a small team you will be expected to ‘wear many hats’ as we work together to develop industry leading bikes! Job Responsibilities: 1) Test Lab Testing (80% of workload) SBCT test lab development and day to day running. a. 徵才啟事|測試實驗室工程師(Test Lab Engineer) 成功的候選人需具備測試背景,了解製造流程,並熱愛動手操作。測試實驗室工程師將執行靜態與動態測試,幫助評估所有設計標準是否達成,以獲得生產批准。他們亦會協助開發未來的測試方案、評估已測試的零件,以及對測試中發現的任何不合格項目進行分析。作為小團隊成員,您需具備多面手的能力,與團隊共同努力,開發業界領先的自行車! 工作職責 · 測試實驗室測試(占每週工作量20%) 負責SBCT測試實驗室的開發及日常運作。 a. 與開發團隊協調測試需求,包括測試申請設定、測試優先順序、所需夾具及程序。 b. 明確測試參數並傳達給測試技術員。 c. 根據需要,向SBC其他部門員工說明測試標準、結果及測試背後的邏輯。 d. 與供應商測試實驗室合作,辨識夾具及程序的差異,並制定修正計畫以協調測試結果。 · 提升實驗室測試準確性與效率(占每週工作量30%) 協助實驗室改進現有流程: a. 根據實驗室團隊成員的建議,尋找問題解決方案。 b. 發現測試設置過程中可改進之處。 c. 依據現場測試或退貨情況,總結開發測試計畫,審核所有測試程序並優化測試設置。 · 參與專案開發(占每週工作量50%) 協助SBC工程團隊進行製造專案開發: a. 按指派,與專案團隊審核所有新專案之夾具需求,確保所有新夾具設計在原型測試前完成、採購並通過測試批准。 b. 完成新夾具的檢驗文件,確保夾具符合圖面要求,並批准符合測試所需的配合度、形狀及功能。 c. 建立或更新所有相關作業指導書及測試文件,針對新製作的夾具。 d. 與全球設計及測試團隊合作,於測試啟動會議制定測試計畫,並推動文件至適當的生命週期階段。 e. 與設計工程師審查3D模型,識別潛在風險,決定適用的驗證測試。 f. 協助故障模式分析,與設計工程師及材料工程師合作,確定分析流程,執行切割、厚度及硬度測量,並撰寫分析報告送交開發團隊。 g. 與全球測試團隊合作,更新測試設置,確保測試場景吻合實際使用情況,開發新產品的測試方法,建立尚未擁有的新測試。 任職條件 · 工程相關科系大學學歷(工程或製造相關學士學位)。 · 至少3年測試或製造實務經驗,包括: o 具備設定及執行測試的經驗,能依照文件流程操作並調整機械及夾具。 o 熟悉基本製造工藝,包括沖壓、鍛造、擠壓、管材成型、熱處理、射出成型、鑄造、焊接合金結構與合金及複合材料加工。 o 能解讀測試結果,並提出零件不符合規範時的改善建議。 · 具備製作及閱讀二維工程圖能力,可能需要修改或設計新測試夾具的圖面。 · 熟悉零件檢驗,含基本手持檢驗工具或CMM首件檢驗。需檢查夾具及工具是否符合圖面尺寸與公差。 · 良好英文聽說讀寫能力。 · 能在有限監督下完成工作職責。 · 工作地點為台中,台灣,全職,可能需要出差至越南、中國或美國。 · 熟練使用MS Word、Excel、AutoCAD,並具備學習Agile、PLM及PTC/Creo軟體的能力。 · 熱愛自行車且具備良好自行車維修技能者優先。 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN: · College degree in engineer subjects (B.S. in engineering or manufacturing). · Minimum 3 years of practical engineering experience in testing or manufacturing roles, including: o Experience setting up and running tests with ability to follow documented procedures, operate and adjust machinery and fixtures as required. o Experience in basic manufacturing process including stamping, forging, extrusion, tube forming, heat treatment, injection molding, casting, welding alloy structures & machining of alloys and composites. o Ability to interpret test results and suggest solutions if the part does not meet requirements. · Proven experience creating and reading 2 dimensional drawings. You may also be required to modify or create new drawings or parts for new test fixtures. · Familiarity with part inspection including basic handheld inspection tools or CMM for first article inspection. You will need to inspect fixtures and tools making sure they meet drawing dimensions and tolerance. · Excellent spoken and written English. · Ability to perform job responsibilities with limited supervision. · This position requires full time residency at Taichung , Taiwan with may have chance travel to Vietnam or China or USA. · Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD. With an ability to learn Agile, PLM and PTC/Creo software · Avid cyclists and good bike mechanics preferred.
