What we expect from you!
The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the HR Manager and lead the recruitment efforts for the company, ensuring that INDITEX attract and hire the most qualified individuals. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with departments, and overseeing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Hence, achieving the hiring goal aligned with the HR Manager:
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet the current and future hiring needs of different brands within the Market
• Analyze and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities and performance as well as market insights
• Maintain and upgrade the employer branding to attract potential candidates through representing the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and university collaborations
