Job summary:
• Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management
plans and manage activities concerned with business development for new
product launches, product/band P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and
financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management
plans and manage activities concerned with business development,
product/band P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives,
Group guidelines and policies
• Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and
manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability,
return-on-investment, etc.)
• Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing,
and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
• Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the
development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
• Understand and analyze ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure
product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
• Develop and formulate plans to implement brand licensing activities to expand
brand presence within brand-approved quality standard
• Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and
outside the organization
Stakeholders Management:
• May influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and
procedures
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Galderma
• Cooperate with and coordinate activities with external service providers
• Advise and guide customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and
tools
Experience/Competencies required:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing management experience in Aesthetics/
Medical devise(EBD), Pharmaceutical, or Physician Dispensing skincare industry, with
a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and registration
processes, ensuring seamless regulatory approvals.
- Exceptional execution and time management skills at prioritizing tasks, meeting
deadlines, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong learning agility to quickly adapt to company policies, procedures, and evolving
market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration with
cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for clear and professional
communication in a global business setting.
- Positive and growth-oriented mindset, embracing innovation, continuous
improvement, and professional development.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot,
Outlook) for efficient reporting, presentation, and project execution.
- Experience in cross-functional project management, collaborating with diverse teams
to drive operational success.
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in University or equivalent
