1. 負責連鎖診所之針劑微整等醫美產品推廣，銷售等業務工作 2. 介紹公司產品，舉辦教育會，支援公司活動，提供客戶最新的臨床研究相關訊息 3. 維護 KOL 之關係，以創造業績達成目標,並維持公司之良好形象 4. 分析市場訊息訂定區域策略，拓展產品在市場的版圖 5. 依公司制定之行銷策略有效執行業務推廣, 達成或超越年度業績目標 6. 與客戶規劃 JPB 能力,並執行完成 7. 自行規劃診所活動/醫師 Workshop 能力 1. 大學或以上學歷畢業，藥學、醫護、或商學相關科系畢業 2. 具自費型產品市場開發能力與連鎖客戶管理經驗並能夠自我要求績效目標 3. 自我管理佳,所有區域活動具高度專業度並遵守高德美商業行為規範 4. 需具有藥品/醫學美容相關通路銷售經驗 3~5 年以上 5. 業務開發及皮膚醫學領域或美容保養品、藥品、醫美儀器設備銷售經驗者優先 6. 積極主動,持續學習,團隊合作,抗壓性高 7. Computer skill: Excel, Word, Powerpoint 8. 數字分析及簡報技巧 9. 可配合全省出差與加班

主要職責 1. 負責醫院，診所之產品推廣，銷售等業務工作 2. 全方位的區域管理者,介紹公司產品，舉辦教育會，支援公司活動，提供客戶最新的臨床研究相關訊息 3. 針對業績指標及客戶分級能有效的建立拜訪計劃,同時運用有效銷售技巧溝通,來達到客戶需求並達成業績目標 4. 確切執行行銷策略及制定拜訪計劃,精確執行業務計劃並且和業務主管共同擬定主要策略以強化銷售行為並完成或超越年度業績目標 5. 新客戶/新品項的開發及進藥並維護KOL之關係，以創造並維持公司之良好形象 6. 分析及定期回饋市場訊息並準時提供報表，拓展產品市場版圖 條件需求 1. 大學或以上學歷畢業 2. 在變化快速的環境中擁有靈活及當責的精神去成功接受工作挑戰,高執行力並擁有極高熱忱接受所有新的挑戰並勇於學習新事物 3. 洞察市場契機並具開發能力,創造新的業績機會 4. 自我管理佳,所有區域活動具高度專業度並遵守高德美商業行為規範 5. 專業問題解決者,具有創新思考及高度市場敏銳度 6. 積極主動,持續學習,團隊合作,顧客導向,抗壓性高 7. 卓越的表達能力與人際溝通技巧 8. 需具有藥品/皮膚醫學領域/醫學美容保養品相關通路銷售經驗3年以上 9. 擅長數字分析及簡報技巧(Excel, Word, Outlook , Power point) 10. 語文能力: 中文精通,英文中等
