Key Responsibilities 【Payroll Processing and Administration】 • Manage and process payroll transactions using payroll software to ensure timely and accurate compensation. • Collect and verify timekeeping information for clients and calculate pay including hours worked, sick leave, vacation, and overtime. • Calculate bonuses, commissions, taxes, deductions, and employee reimbursements. • Initiate payroll payments through checks or direct deposits timely. 【Payroll Record Management and Compliance】 • Update payroll records with changes in pay rates, employee status changes, raises. • Calculate unemployment and severance payments. • Prepare and submit payroll reports to supervisors or clients as required. • Maintain the high confidentiality and security of payroll data and operations. 【Benefits Administration and Client Support】 • Handle health benefits and 401K administration for clients. • Address client inquiries regarding payroll and HR, providing clear and professional service. 【Recruitment and Social Media Assistance】 • Assist with the company's recruiting process by assisting with candidate management. • Assist with maintaining the company's social media accounts.
