工作內容
1. >2 years and above in fab environment. With experience in Defect Inspection or Metrology setup is preferrable. 2. Experience or knowledge for the applications below is a must. - AOI and metrology - Mid/Backend advance packaging process - Inspection and metrology recipe fine tuning 3. English read/speak/writing capability is necessary. 4. HW trouble shooting experience.
