Employee Relations & Communication Ensures effective communication and coordination, maintaining a comprehensive HR department role with all levels of management and departmental staff. HR Projects & Program Implementation Responsible for conceiving recruitment plans and executing other HR-related projects. Assists the Assistant Director of Human Resources in implementing projects and ensuring the execution of InterContinental Hotels Group policies. System Development & Reporting Possesses the ability to build and analyze reports. Assists in formulating recruitment and employment systems, employee training, education and needs analysis, and labor insurance-related regulations. General Administrative Support Completes tasks assigned by the supervisor. Accountability This position reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources. The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in managing the comprehensive operations of the hotel's Human Resources department, ensuring talent supply and development, maintaining positive employee relations, and executing relevant strategies and projects. This role is crucial in supporting hotel operations and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Experience: Minimum 3 years human resources experience in related fields. Experience in full-function hotel human resources is preferred. Experience in the pre-opening phase of a 5-star hotel is preferred. Chinese Mandarin spoken and written comprehension: Fluent. English spoken and written comprehension: Basic. Skills: Administrative, managerial and operational skills.
