工作內容

Mission: Deliver top-notch HR services to Clients (Line managers) and Customers (employees). Main Task: 1. Support Clients (Line managers) in effectively overseeing human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and retention strategies. 2. Work closely with senior HR business partners and the HR shared service center to offer expert guidance to Clients on human resources management-related matters. 3. Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects, aiming to enhance the overall employee experience through positive engagement and impactful solutions.

1. Those who meet the following criteria will be prioritized for interviews: Possess the group's core competencies (RISE), demonstrate a Growth Mindset, adhere to the company's behavioral guidelines (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People). Exhibit a proactive learning attitude, demonstrating strong understanding and quick learning momentum in both business and technical aspects. Show excellent interpersonal performance, with high interpersonal sensitivity and good collaboration skills, able to quickly integrate into the team and effectively cooperate with others; also possess problem-solving skills and decision-making judgment, with meticulous thinking, able to make practical decisions under pressure. Highly engaged in tasks, with a proactive attitude, a brisk lifestyle, and high action efficiency; also possesses good work flexibility and adaptability, able to quickly adjust to environmental changes and task demands. 2. Job titles will be assigned according to the approved professional experience recognized by the supervisor, with possibilities including Project Manager, Project Assistant Manager, Senior administrator, and administrator roles.
