a. Develop professional organization for ITG and its associates company; ITG, EMC, EMD, IMV. b. Assist President in talent development plan for its employees in support of its underline global expansion plan in the next 5 to 10 years. c. Identify and develop future leaders of the firms. d. Assist President in general office administration and corporate culture enhancement including but not limited to: i. Promote our shared culture, value and team work across all business units. ii. Align global vision, standard. iii. Deploy corporate "people" strategy. iv. Enhance our training program and help each BU in executions of its daily activity. v. Employee soft skill development. vi. Helping our employee to be successful. e. Assist management team in new policy, process and software implementation. f. Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor/president.
