JOB FUNCTION: Plan and administrate policies relation to all phase of human resources activities RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for benefits administration (indl. group health insurance, IRC Section125, workers' compensation, COBRA), development and maintenance of personnel records and database, tracking and reporting personnel requisition, creation and tracking Immigration processing for appropriate Visas and Permanent Residencies, and creation and management of job descriptions and compensation schedules. Collaborated on the design and implementation of full-cycle recruiting process. Post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and process hiring/termination Plan and conduct new employee orientation, modernized and streamlined company benefits handbooks for all employees. Facilitate payroll process, confirm and submit payroll deductions and changes. Monitored FMLA and all other leave requests Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedure and programs Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carriers

EDUCATION: BA/BS of Administration EXPERIENCE: Possess 4 years of progressive hand-on experience in a manufacturing location SKILLS: Excellent communication skill, able to work a flexible interpersonal schedule, computer literate, bilingual (Vietnamese or Chinese) preferred Candidates with valid legal work authorization in the United States are preferred.
