我們是世界頂尖的散熱技術領導企業，提供全球電競、雲端、通訊、電動車等大廠散熱解決方案與產品。 目前我們誠摯邀請優秀的 HR Business Partner 加入我們頂尖的團隊。 Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Partners Collaborate closely with Business Organizations leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges while proactively uncovering opportunities to enhance organizational performance. 2.Talent Development Partners Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers. 3.Trusted Partners Serve as a reliable partner for employees, providing guidance on career development and personal challenges, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. 4. Policy Promotion Partners Support HR COE and other HRBPs to implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business strategies. You’ll Need: 1. Over 7 years experience in Human Resources management, with at least 3 years experience in recruitment. 2.Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. 3.Experience in executive organizational design and talent development 4. Good communication and problem solving skill. 5. Aggressive, self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
