Policy Promotion Partners Support HR COE and other HRBPs to implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business strategies. You’ll Need: 1. Over 7 years experience in Human Resources management, with at least 3 years experience in recruitment. 2.Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. 3.Experience in executive organizational design and talent development 4. Good communication and problem solving skill. 5. Aggressive, self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
