Manage HR tasks including independent payroll processing, support regional activities, and improve efficiency. HR experience essential. Chinese proficiency strongly preferred and highly valued. 【Key Responsibilities】 ◆ Ensure compliance with local Indian labor laws and regulations while executing HR operations. ◆ Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and independently handle payroll calculations and salary processing for local employees. ◆ Design and optimize employee benefits systems and HR policies for the India office. ◆ Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely HR reports to Taiwan headquarters. ◆ Handle administrative tasks assigned by management and support cross-functional HR initiatives.
