What you’ll do. ・As a learning and leadership architect, you will design and implement a structured, long-term learning framework that supports employee development across career stages—from onboarding to leadership capability building—using blended, scalable approaches. ・As a strategic problem-solver, you will apply strong conceptual and logical thinking to identify root causes, synthesize complex information, and build solutions that align with organizational and talent priorities. ・As a talent development partner, you will lead talent calibration and review processes, design bench talent programs, and ensure readiness of future leaders by partnering closely with HRBPs, HR Leaders, and BU stakeholders. As cultural engagement driver, you will oversee and implement enterprise-level HR programs such as 360° feedback, employee engagement surveys, and culture initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment. ・As a program driver, you will manage training operations—including vendor collaboration, budget control, and policy optimization—ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact.

・BA/BS degree required (Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred) ・5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Program Management ・Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English ・Experienced to create or drive talent development and learning experience initiatives. ・Familiar with talent management framework and cycles Advance Requirements: ・Position self as a game changer. ・Strong conceptual thinking and thought process capability. ・Strong business acumen to stay ahead of the industry. ・Experienced in diagnosing organizational data and providing insights for business decisions. ・Energetic and contagious personality. ・Experienced in building corporate communication platform. ・Previous experience in a management consulting or advisory role is a plus.
