Responsibilities: • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, health and safety and employee relations functions in a timely and effective manner. • Be a driver and a team player to collaborate with other departments to transform HR strategies into operational realities. • Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management policies and procedures. • Liaise with line managers to identify staff training needs, prepare and implement the annual training plan and development activities. • Manage C&B and Tax issues for local Taiwan staff and expatriate. • Prepare various analysis reports, proposals and budget forecast for management review. • Handle new Human Resources initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management. • Maintain in-depth, and up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reduce legal risk and to ensure regulatory compliance. • Oversee and take charge of full spectrum of office administration matters with the support of the Administration team member. Requirements: • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related discipline. • 6 years relevant HR experience with minimum at 2 years in managerial capacity. • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin • Proficiency in MS Office. • Demonstrated team player; with good time management skills, self-starter, able to collaborate with all levels of management.
