Position Summary: The position is responsible for providing professional support in HR functions , including recruitment process, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, training ,policy implementation, employee relations, HR policies & procedures updates, and special projects. Accountabilities: •Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and according to policy and legal requirements. •Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. •Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS). -Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.) •Support employee benefits including insurance programs, employee welfare, HR policies and practices. •Assist in employees staff greeting applications and TESS/R&R programs facilitation. •Compliance of Company guidelines/policies and local government rules/regulations related to HR matters. •Facilitate comprehensive training workshops training and development programs. •Handle Employee Service Award program, attendance management & benefit programs. •Assist with internal/external compliance audits and HR work investigations as needed. •Handles special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or in related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience. Prior experience dealing with confidential information with integrity. • Knowledge of Labor Standard Law and related laws. • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. • Familiarity with HRIS software (Digiwin HR System) and ERP (SAP) is preferred. • Ability to handle bilingual HR documentation. (Mandarin & English) • Well- organized and self-motivated. • Ability to work under pressure. • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail. • Good command of English & PC skill
