We offer: - Flexible leave benefits - Flight allowance for travel - Free accommodation and meals - Complimentary shuttle service to city center - Education allowance for children - Housing allowance for external accommodation - Work-life balance focus with NO overtime policy <POSITION OVERVIEW> As CoE for Total Rewards and Performance Management, to actively support the HR Country Leaders and local Total Rewards teams with sustainable solutions on rewards and performance management policies, programs, processes etc. Provide expertise guidance where necessary and assistance whenever required. <YOUR IMPACT> - Lead the team in the design, roll out and execution of group-wide rewards, expat management & performance management policies, programs, processes. - Lead the design and implementation of harmonized job grading, job titles etc across the ASEAN region. - Analyze the financial impact of compensation and benefits changes, and make recommendations using data-driven insights to enable the Top Leadership Team to make informed decision-making. - Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual compensation review cycle; collaborating with the Top Leadership Team. - Develop and hone the total rewards’ competencies and skills of the subordinates as well as the local Total Rewards/ Expat Mobility employees. - Develop guidelines for merit, bonus, promotion etc - in collaboration with Finance for annual manpower cost budgeting.

Requirements: - Bachelor's or above degree - Min of 8 years’ hands-on experience in designing & implementing Total Rewards, policies and practices for manufacturing plants in ASEAN. - Advance excel skill - Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
