About the job: We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Global HR Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute talent development strategies at our headquarters, while connecting those efforts with global HR initiatives across APAC, Europe, and the Americas. You’ll help build impactful, scalable programs—from development frameworks and succession planning to performance and learning systems—working closely with local HR teams to ensure global consistency and local relevance. Responsibilities: • Co-develop and support the planning and implementation of talent development initiatives at Taipei HQ, including learning frameworks, career development, and performance systems • Implement global HR programs such as people development frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs • Collaborate with local HR teams to gather insights, monitor key people metrics, and adapt programs for local relevance • Manage the global performance management process, ensuring consistency in strategy, system, and execution across regions • Lead or support cross-regional HR initiatives such as HRIS optimization, internal communications, employee recognition, and global culture engagement • Develop toolkits, training resources, and communication plans to enable successful rollout by local HR teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • At least 3 years of HR experience, especially in talent development, learning, or cross-regional roles • Familiarity with performance management, learning design, or career development tools • Strong communication, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus • Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to different cultural environments • Willing to travel occasionally for regional collaboration and project implementation 持有「全民英檢」或「培力英檢」成績證照者優先面試 LTTC (GEPT) (BESTEP)
