• Proactively source and identify top talent for open positions using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Screen and assess candidates’ resume and qualifications to match job requirements. • Engage with potential candidates, initiating conversations and generating interest in job opportunities. • Serve as liaison between candidate, hiring manager, and compensation team on salary proposal, play an active role in salary negotiations. • Manage multiple and cross-functional requisitions. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies. • Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes. • Assist in employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. • 3+ years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
