Facility Manager (Mexico)

1.Facility & M&E System Planning and Implementation Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of plant infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and other utility systems. 2.Compliance and Safety Management Ensure all facilities and M&E systems comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, fire protection requirements, and corporate EHS standards. 3.Vendor and Contractor Coordination Manage selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring of contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery. 4.Preventive Maintenance Program Setup Establish preventive maintenance plans for M&E equipment and facility systems to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime. 5.Cross-functional Support Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and EHS teams to ensure facility and M&E readiness for production launch and capacity ramp-up. 6.Budget and Cost Control Monitor project and operational expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets while achieving optimal cost-performance balance.
