1. Provide comprehensive HR support across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and division teams, covering learning & development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee well-being. 2. Partner strategically with business leaders to drive commercial growth, talent pipeline development, leadership effectiveness, and dynamic reward programs (SIP, VPP). 3. Lead employee engagement initiatives, HR and organizational projects, and regional communication strategies across 15 countries while ensuring compliance with local laws and cultural nuances. 4. Collaborate with HR Services on talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits compliance, and full employee lifecycle management. 5. Leverage HR analytics (e.g., Balanced Scorecard) to support decision-making, business integration projects, and organizational growth, fostering a positive and values-driven work environment.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 2. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting commercial organizations. 3. Regional exposure with proven experience working across multiple Asian countries (e.g., Taiwan, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam). 4. Strong business acumen with the ability to partner and influence senior leaders effectively. 5. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 6. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Filipino is a strong advantage.
