JOB SUMMARY We’re seeking talented professionals to help build and deliver integrated healthcare and benefits brokerage services alongside a forward-thinking wellbeing strategy. This role is pivotal in laying a strong foundation in the financial mechanics of health plans while contributing to innovative plan design that balances cost containment with employee wellbeing. As a client-facing position, it involves direct interaction with clients and their employees, requiring strong project management and relationship-building skills to drive impactful, sustainable outcomes. THE ROLE As a Health and Benefits Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering integrated insurance brokerage and wellbeing solutions that go far beyond conventional broking. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution, aligning benefit programs with a holistic wellbeing strategy that supports cost containment and drives tangible improvements in employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational health. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to design forward-thinking benefit plans that reflect both financial rigor and human-centered impact—ensuring that every solution is both sustainable and meaningful. Excellence • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support pricing strategies, employee contribution models and plan design alternatives • Conduct benchmarking studies and research initiatives to deliver actionable insights and value-added summaries • Evaluate vendor offerings, services, and contracts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and cost containment • Design, distribute, and assess surveys and RFPs to inform plan decisions and vendor selection • Collaborate effectively with internal and regional teams to ensure accurate data collection and seamless project execution • Deliver high-quality outputs that meet internal performance excellence standards and drive client impact People • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels • Liaise with local and regional well-being vendors as well as consultants to develop localized wellbeing strategy and solutions Clients • Proactively uncover and implement broader wellbeing opportunities that reduce benefit costs while enhancing the employee experience and driving productivity • Deliver integrated brokerage and wellbeing advisory services that exceed expectations, aligning benefit strategies with each organization’s unique goals and workforce needs • Collaborate with vendors and clients to co-create holistic wellbeing programs that strike the right balance between cost efficiency and meaningful employee engagement Financial • Achieve individual and team performance targets through strategic execution and client delivery • Contribute to business growth by supporting sales and marketing efforts, including proposal development and RFP responses THE COMPANY Willis Towers Watson is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth. THE REQUIREMENTS Expertise and Experience • 5~7 years of experiences in Health & Benefit related fields with a strong foundation in group insurance and employee wellbeing programs • Holder of the R.O.C. Life Insurance Solicitor certification • Solid understanding of group insurance plan financials, including pricing and cost containment strategies • Well-versed in well-being related benefits, performance metrics and statutory requirements in Taiwan, including medical checkups, onsite health management and wellbeing programs Professional Skills • Exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented • Strong analytical and integrative thinking • Proactively monitors regulatory updates and industry developments to ensure compliance and strategic alignment • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Communication & Collaboration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English • Comfortable asking the right questions and seeking support when needed • Proactive and timely in all communications • Demonstrates natural ease in client interactions and internal collaboration
