We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HR Assistant Manager) to join our team. This role serves as a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment, driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities: ・Recruitment and Selection: (50%) - Collaborate with hiring managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and people development; advise and act upon business strategy on people. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. - Manage candidate pipeline and provide talent insight to the stakeholders. - Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions. ・Training and Development: (25%) - According to the job standards, identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Assist in the design and delivery of training sessions and workshops. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements. - Plan and execute the related team building and company culture development. ・HR Compliance: (15%) - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. ・HR data analysis and tool development : (10%) - Enjoy learning or developing AI tools to make HR work more efficiently. - Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, etc.) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data, while leading the talent strategy.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR full functions. 2. Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting with strong business acumen and insights around the tech talent landscape. 3. Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; an analytical skillset in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach. 4. Agile ways of working are highly desirable; affinity with talent management, change management, and/or organizational design is appreciated; proven experience in leading and delivering multiple projects and processes. 5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, native fluency in English is nice to have. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7. The optimal use of AI tools can enhance work processes.
