Location: Taiwan 1. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues for customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, providing timely and accurate solutions. 2. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and technical challenges. 3. Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs and communicate feature requests. 4. Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent customer roadblocks. 5. Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to educate customers on product functionality and best practices. 6. Build strong customer relationships while based in Taiwan, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.

【Qualifications】 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 2. 5+ years of experience in technical support, system integration, or related engineering roles. 3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 4. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and system maintenance. 5. Ability to draft technical documents and deliver professional training to customers. 6. Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell, or similar) is a plus. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external customers. 8. Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional foreign languages are a plus. 9. Willingness to travel overseas for customer support and training assignments. 【Preferred Skills / Traits】 1. Core qualification:Technical support/system integration experience. 2. Preferred:Background or strong interest in cybersecurity (e.g., MFA, ZTNA) is advantageous) 3.
