Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%) • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs. • Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management. • Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice. • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics. • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters. 2. Executive Support to CHRO (35%) • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership. • Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 3. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%) • Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations. • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services. • Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus. • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs. • Willingness to travel as required. • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident(SC or PR).
