Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role will support both global recruitment activities and general in-house HR functions, as well as contribute to selected HR projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities • Provide support in global recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups • Assist with general HR operations, such as employee records, onboarding, and documentation • Participate in selected HR projects to support continuous improvement and efficiency in HR practices • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and HR-related support as required Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of HR experience • Business, Human Resources, or related degree is a plus • Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must • Prior recruitment experience is preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
