Key Responsibilities / 主要職責 • 設計、建立並管理人資運營基礎架構(招募流程、人資資料庫、入離職流程、績效考核制度)。 • 與各部門主管合作,支持團隊架構、招募需求及職務規劃。 • 執行招募流程,協調內外部資源(如招募網站、獵頭、內部推薦計畫)。 • 管理並優化入職與離職流程,確保專業且順暢的員工體驗。 • 共同領導公司層級計畫,如 360 度績效評估、團隊回饋蒐集、團隊活動與文化建設計畫。 • 維護並更新人資相關文件(合約、offer 書、範本、員工手冊)。 __

Qualifications / 任職資格 • 4+ years of HR/People Ops experience, ideally in high-growth startups or tech companies. • Strong project management skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build scalable systems. • Excellent communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with founders and departments. • Proficient in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, HRIS; effective in remote-first settings. • Able to draft professional HR documentation (policies, onboarding flows, offer letters, handbooks). • Experience in Web3, FinTech, or remote-first teams required. • Fluent in English and Mandarin. • Outgoing, proactive, collaborative; enjoys contributing to team culture.
