JPTIP以台日合作事業之諮詢顧問業起家,深知國際合作之成功及維繫有賴於優秀人才之永續培育經營。為了對新世代的「聯繫台灣及日本的人才培育事業」貢獻一份心力。2009年展開日本跨國人才教育事業,現在已是台灣最大的日本留遊學.打工度假、日本人才工作介紹機構,同時也成為台灣學生人數最多的日語人才培訓機構。除了在日本東京、台灣以外,在2020年與越南和緬甸當地創立JPTIP當地子公司,從日語學習到日本留學、就職的一站式服務成功拓展進軍東南亞市場。

Game Designer/Tester
We are seeking a Game Designer/Tester passionate about delivering the best possible AI waifu (darlin™) player experience. This role focuses on designing and playtesting highly interactive, immersive AI companion experiences—defining interaction loops, personality responsiveness, and natural body/facial behaviors—and validating quality through XR‑enabled, cross‑device prototyping and rigorous UX/QA testing.
Responsibilities
Game Design Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive game design documents (including world setting, gameplay mechanics, special effects design, game manuals, and system test plans).
3D Animation & Character Design: Design and edit 3D animations; create and refine virtual character designs; set up AI character dialogue systems; and edit character backstories and world lore.
Audio & Dialogue Editing: Edit character voiceover files and annotate/dialogue scripts to ensure voice lines align with character and story context.
Game Flow Optimization: Analyze and design game flow processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the overall game workflow for better performance and player experience.
Level & UX Design: Design engaging game levels and enhance user experience (UX) to ensure the game is enjoyable and intuitive for players.
ゲームデザイナー / プランナー / テスター
当社は、製品 darlin™ において最高の AI彼女 体験を実現することに情熱を注ぐゲームデザイナー/テスターを募集しています。本ポジションは、インタラクション設計・性格の応答性・自然な身体/表情挙動を要件化し、XRを活用したクロスデバイスのプロトタイピングと体系的なプレイテスト/UX・QAテストによって品質を検証・磨き上げる役割です。
ゲーム企画書の作成: 世界観の設定、ゲームプレイの仕組み、エフェクトデザイン、ゲームマニュアル、システムテスト計画などを含む、包括的なゲーム企画書を作成・維持する。
3Dアニメーション&キャラクターデザイン: 3Dアニメーションのデザイン・編集、バーチャルキャラクターのデザイン作成、AIキャラクターの会話設定、キャラクターの背景や世界観の編集を行う。
音声・台詞編集: キャラクターの音声ファイルを編集し、セリフに注釈を付けて、ボイスラインがキャラクターやストーリーに沿った形になるよう調整する。
ゲームフローの最適化: ゲームフローを分析・設計し、改善点を見出して全体的なゲーム進行を最適化し、プレイヤー体験を向上させる。
レベル&UXデザイン: プレイヤーを惹きつけるゲームのレベルデザインを行い、ユーザー体験(UX)を改善してゲームを直感的で楽しめるものにする。
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship' s of the company with its most important partners.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Ufispace Products and Solutions through the assigned partner and interacting directly with Japan sales teams.
Essential to success in this role is the ability to build strategic partnership with existing and building the trust with strategic network operating system partners in Japan.
And to contribute the market trend and Japan market need to HQ to influence the HQ develop strategy and management decision.
General Task :
1. Collect market information and strategy from assigned accounts time to time
2. Operational Activities follow up
3. Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information for the business through partners
4. Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for partners
Account Management :
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities
3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Channel Management :
1. Enablement Activities - Channel Partner sales force in collaboration with UFI teams
2. Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategy leveraging partner eco-system
3. Drive revenue and bookings growth through partners
4. Biz Dev Activities – Build & Execute Plans by Territories with partners
5. Identifying Key Deals to Win & ensure teams are aligned, partners to engage in building coverage
