Responsibilities
• Source fasteners and related industrial components such as pipe fittings, CNC parts, stamping hardware, injection molding parts etc. Analyze quotes and make purchase recommendation.
• Develop new vendors and commodities by conducting industry research, quality survey, vendor audit and participating in trade shows.
• Review customer requirements (per print, PPAP, specification) to ensure manufacture has process capability and good understanding to be successful.
• Assist suppliers during on-boarding processes and maintain an effective communication channel.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and optimize vendor base.
• See through new product development by collaborating with vendors & international cross-functional team.
• Update and maintain sourcing data, report daily activities to Sourcing Manager.
Qualifications/Skills
• Min. college degree.
• Capable of reading advanced technical prints and standards.
• Good understanding of various types of manufacturing process and keen to learn more.
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with PPAP and ISO/IATF quality system is a plus.
• English proficiency required.

【The Role】
We are looking for a talent who has both production planner and buyer experiences. The Production Planner/Buyer prioritizes sales orders to create and implement a weekly production schedule consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. Production Planner ensures that all materials and resources are available to fulfill customer orders in the most cost effective and efficient manner. For a Buyer, the role will be responsible for maximizing direct materials availability and proactively optimize inventory level to meet the organization goal. This role will work closely with internal key stakeholders to drive raw material On Time in Full delivery to meet the dynamic demand of manufacturing in plant.
【In this role you will】
1. Generate twelve weekly rolling production schedules for finished goods and intermediates based on demand, capacity, and raw material availability.
2. Review rush batches for orders requested inside the standard production lead time and provide updated commitments to customer service.
3. Provide weekly rolling production schedules to support Pilot Plant production for LVM products and NPI products.
4. Review semi-finish goods material (abrasives) inventory against present and anticipated demand and engage central planning and purchasing team when necessary.
5. Liaison point to factory (operations/planning) for raw materials requirements/availability.
6. Co-ordinate with plant operations to meet any demand changes and proactively highlight material shortages and recovery plan to mitigate any supply gap.
7. Partner with commodity teams to jointly align on fulfillment strategy with key suppliers.
8. Act as first level escalation for buyers on material gaps and analyze the revenue impact.
9. Report supply gap status back to leadership including division operations and BU.
10. Provide rolling forecast to strategic suppliers (synchronize with commodity) to prepare raw materials and resources ahead to support Entegris demand.
11. Create and manage standard purchase orders (PO), outline agreements in SAP to approved vendors (under Global AVL) to optimize inventory.

Job Summary: Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Inspection, Supplier development programs and resolving quality related concerns
Essential Job Duties:
• Work with Global Sourcing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and those appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Aide Global Sourcing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier, product following a defined new product part approval process.
• Participate on definition of product specifications, technical, quality & packaging requirement with Global Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, & Supplier.
• Approve new products as a result from strategic sourcing activities by applying APQP and PPAP standards.
• Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances
• Develop & implement Supplier development programs with short / long term goals.
• Perform supplier audits, shipment audits and maintain all quality records.
• Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due) & Defect returns
