Project Management – Plans and manages technology projects; performs an assessment of needs ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards, budget, capital requirements and authorization. Determine priorities, schedules, plan and necessary resources to ensure completion of projects on schedule, on budget and according to planned specifications and objectives. Arrange and implement telecommunications standards and enhancements in conjunction with the Area IT Manager.

職務要求:
• Database : SQL
• Programming : Python or Java, Object-Oriented, ETL concept / tools
• Domain Know-How - Engineer experience over 10 years, within financial industry, private banking wealth management knowledge is a big plus.
• Practical experience in the implementation and execution of core banking system projects, particularly those who have served as technical project managers or possess a background with system integration vendors.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for all candidates, including both local and global talents.

• 有私人銀行或財富管理系統營運與作業流程的經驗者優先考慮,並具備從技術和專案管理的思維轉換成私銀財管解決方案的能力。
• 管理一站式服務的大型金融系統轉型專案,將第三方軟體服務供應商的原生技術客製化,應用於專案管理。
• 具有 SQL 和物件導向設計的實務技能,擁有豐富的資料庫系統和軟體開發生命週期經驗。
• 在解決問題時具有高度分析能力和細節管理,能夠迅速理解複雜情況。
