2. Produce food dishes at the correct production levels to ensure freshness, maximize sales, and minimize waste.
3. Need to look for more effective ways of working to reduce costs. And always cost-conscious when it comes to controlling waste, serving the correct-sized port.
4. Passionate about the products and actively learn about their content, origins, preparation, and other benefits. Also, share this knowledge with my guests and colleagues.
5. Follow the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and Routines.
6. Cooperate with kitchen team leader and deliver food production knowledge with co-workers and need to have know-how about the IKEA food range, product sheets, food safety, production planning, and food preparation. This ensures the highest standards of presentation, quality, guest perception, and diligence to meet or exceed food safety requirements.
7. I keep myself fully aware of the stock situation in my area and support sales steering towards supply.

【工作條件】
1. 一年以上西餐冷台或熱台的廚房經驗
2. 有國外西餐廚房經驗者尤佳
3. 能夠承受高壓及步調快速的廚房環境
4. 需配合公司排班
5. 準備於營業時間內的點菜或宴會所需菜餚。
6. 協助主廚設計所負責各自類別的菜單。
7. 確保所負責類別的食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
8. 維持與確保冷凍庫及其他地區的衛生及清潔標準。
