Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and industry-specific standards, including HSE guidelines. • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for offshore operations. • Investigate and report incidents or non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as needed.

【工作內容】 1.軟體系統開發之專案管理工作，包含軟體系統專案需求訪談、規劃、SA、SD。 2.負責專案之規劃、執行、監控、追蹤及驗收。 3.撰寫專案各階段相關文件、製作成果簡報。 4.協調與管理專案進度。

Legal entity: SAFC Work Location: Kaohsiung Your Role: • Responsible of developing and maintaining the maintenance management system on plant-wide facility. • Lead the maintenance workforce to conduct regular inspections and assessments on equipment and execute effective maintenance to ensure equipment/facility reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively with other engineering disciplines. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment and facility. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in chemical manufacturing environments from mechanical perspective. Who You Are: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on mechanical and equipment maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the chemical industry, and at least 2 years of people management experience. • Familiarity with equipment reliability and mechanical integrity in chemical plants. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus. • Proficiency in English is considered a plus for effective communication.
