1 Conduct Business Group organizational design to align BG long-term strategic goals, organizational diagnosis, job evaluation, and organization set up
2 Responsible for Business Group level strategic talent management, includes succession planning, HIPO talents, IDP tracking and one-on-one feedback/coaching
3 Facilitate organizational transformation and enhance business performance based on organizational dynamics, capabilities and capacities
4 Develop Business Group compensation guidelines to align with performance, execute and assess annual compensation process, analyze data, and generate report
5 Participant Business Group M&A project on HR related tasks, including due diligence, risk assessment, retention program design, change management, and PMI

1. Bachelor degree in human resources, business management or psychology
2. Experience: 5-10 years HR related
3. Strong understanding of the business functions, priorities and dynamic competitiveness
4. Good communication/interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
5. Full professional proficiency in English (TOEIC 850+)
Summary:
Supermicro is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support the ongoing recruiting efforts. In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your hands-on experience as a full life-cycle Recruiter, facilitate the end-to-end recruiting activities and drive the requisitions from open to close. This role will focus on both technical and non-technical hiring with deep talent sourcing focus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source and build candidate pipelines for opening positions, coordinate and schedule phone screen and on-site interviews, facilitate the overall interview process and provide world-class interview experiences
• Proactively identifies and recruits passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
• Collaborate with compensation team to design competitive compensation package
• Build a strong partnerships across various functions with hiring managers, executive team and HR team
• Survey and conduct Industry-University Cooperation and the Government Projects
• Establish relationships with local colleges and attend career fairs
What You Will Be Doing
● Perform full-cycle recruiting for your open headcount, including direct sourcing through outreach activities to generate interests, follow with interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation to offer acceptance.
●Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on-boarding.
●Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, through networking within the community and various outreach programs to foster continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.
●Be a true Talent Partner to your respective stakeholders - not just execute, but consult advice, and coach.
●Deliver against a workforce/headcount plan.
●Any other ad hoc activities (where required).
