職務影響力 致力於設計與開發 Gogoro 能源管理系統中的嵌入式軟體，支援多樣化的硬體模組整合應用與使用者互動介面，實現高效能與高可靠度之能源管理系統。並協助透過跨職能團隊協作，提升產品效能與維運效率，提升使用者體驗。 職務內容 1. 參與嵌入式 Linux 系統的設計、開發與驗證，支持能源管理系統的功能建構與穩定性強化。 2. 以使用者體驗為導向，整合大型系統中多樣化元件與模組，包含工業/車用通訊協定、硬體模組控制邏輯、middleware 與應用層邏輯的串接與開發。 3. 使用 Yocto 進行專案建構與維護嵌入式 Linux 的系統環境，客製化 image、編寫 recipe 與管理 BSP Layer，並有效處理編譯錯誤與相依性問題。 4. 開發 RISC 架構 SoC 的開機流程與模組控制邏輯，實現跨平台模組的穩定整合與部署。 5. 執行硬體 bring-up 與底層功能開發，並透過 CI/CD 流程實現持續整合與交付，同時設計並實作平台導入與容錯機制，確保現場裝置於多種情境下皆能穩定運作。 6. 與跨職能團隊緊密協作，持續優化系統架構與開發流程，提升整體產品開發效率與品質。 7. 持續探索新技術與最佳實踐方法，強化軟軔體品質並提升開發效能與系統穩定性。 資格條件 1. 具備嵌入式系統開發經驗，熟悉 Linux 作業系統於 RISC 架構平台上的導入與應用整合。 2. 熟悉 Yocto 專案開發流程與管理經驗。 3. 熟悉 C++ 程式語言與應用層邏輯開發，具備良好的程式架構與維護能力。 4. 熟悉 Git 版本控制工具，具備良好的團隊協作與開發流程管理經驗。 加分條件 1. 具備 Android 系統開發經驗或熟悉嵌入式顯示介面初始化流程。 2. 有使用 CI/CD 工具進行嵌入式系統持續整合與部署經驗。 3. 熟悉常見處理器週邊介面，如 1-Wire、SPI、UART、I2C、CAN、USB 等。 4. 有無線通訊模組開發經驗，如 NFC、WLAN、BLE 等。 5. 曾參與開發 IoT、電池管理系統、電力電子產品、車用產品、工控產品或能源相關設備。 6. 具備軟體測試、自動化測試、單元測試或硬體迴路測試 ( HIL ) 驗證經驗。 7. 具備中等以上英文聽說讀寫能力。 8. 了解演算法開發、資訊安全、嵌入式檔案系統與網路應用架構者佳。

- 可接受駐點性質工作：需配合派駐至客戶端，參與並執行軟體專案開發任務。 - 工作態度與團隊合作：具備主動學習精神，重視紀律與責任感，樂於與團隊協作，共同達成專案目標。 - 專業背景與經驗： 具備至少兩年以上程式設計師（PG）、系統開發人員（SD）、系統分析師（SA）、專案經理（PM）、資訊管理人員（MIS）、軟體測試人員（QA）或技術客服（TS）等相關職務。具備專案執行能力，擁有相關專業證照者尤佳。 - 工作地點：台北市內湖為面試地點，實際派駐地點依客戶端需求而定。
