【工作內容】
1、行銷策略規劃與執行:協助主管規劃並執行產品行銷策略,以驅動使用者獲取與轉換,並對行銷 KPIs(如潛在客戶、自然流量、品牌聲量等)負責。
2、內容行銷與製作:協助發展獨特的產品訊息,並產出多元的產品內容與行銷文案,包含但不限於:產品頁面、客戶成功案例、部落格文章、電子報、趨勢報告、電子書、白皮書、新聞稿、銷售工具包、影片等。
3、數位行銷操作與優化:在不同行銷管道上,撰寫具吸引力的文案;並與合作代理商密切合作,進行 A/B 測試,持續優化廣告活動成效。
4、線上線下活動支援:協助規劃與執行各類型線上與線下活動,並支援所有相關專案。

【Job Responsibilities】
1、Marketing Strategy Planning & Execution: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and conversion. Contribute to achieving marketing KPIs such as leads, organic traffic, and share of voice (SOV).
2、Content Marketing & Creation: Support the development of unique product messaging. Assist in creating diverse product content and marketing collateral, including but not limited to: product pages, customer success stories, blog posts, e-newsletters, trend reports, eBooks, whitepapers, PR, sales kits, and videos.
Digital Marketing Operations & Optimization: Craft compelling messages across various marketing channels. Work closely with our agency to conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Online & Offline Event Support: Assist in organizing and supporting various online and offline events and related programs.

【Accountabilities】
1. Administrative Support
• Assist operations (OP) team with general administrative tasks
• Review and verify Sales quotations
• Handle and check paper vouchers

Issue Resolution:
