1. 主導並協調各項招募活動,包括校園徵才、就業博覽會、面試及其他人才招募計畫。
2. 支援員工關懷與參與相關方案(例如員工協助方案、身心健康活動及公司活動)。
3. 協助人資營運與行政事務,如文件管理、報表製作及人事資料維護。
4. 參與人資專案,如數位轉型、員工健檢及團體保險計畫。
5. 維護並更新招募系統,以確保招募流程順暢高效。
6. 執行主管指派的其他任務。
【Position overview】
The HR Specialist will provide comprehensive support for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations.
This role plays a key role in driving talent acquisition initiatives, supporting employee engagement programs, and assisting in the execution of local HR digitalization and administrative projects.
【Responsibilities】
1. Lead and coordinate various recruitment activities, including campus recruiting, job fairs, interviews, and other talent acquisition programs.
2. Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness activities, and company events.
3. Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks, including document management, report preparation, and personnel record maintenance.
4. Participate in HR projects such as digital transformation, employee health checkups, and group insurance programs.
5. Maintain and update the recruitment system to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
