Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

• Procurement
- Issue purchase orders and ensure confirmation and delivery timelines are met
• Inventory & Supply Management:
- Monitor stock levels and make analysis to ensure inventory levels are optimized
- Align purchasing activities with stock plans and forecasts
- Carry out production capacity analysis and troubleshooting delivery delay
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders such as PM, QM, and finance departments
- Customer support ( Pull-in, delay, cancellation request, RMA )
• Supplier Management
- Build good communication channel and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, shortages, PCN, or quality concerns
• Documentation and data maintenance
- Conduct price updates, packaging alignment and leadtime management
- Make reports on supply chain topics such as purchasing activities, supplier performance, etc
採購管理
• 發出採購訂單,並確保訂單確認及交貨時間符合預期
庫存與供應管理
• 監控庫存量並進行分析,確保庫存達到最佳狀態
• 根據庫存計畫與預測調整採購活動
• 進行生產能力分析,並解決交貨延遲問題
跨部門協作與利害關係人管理
• 與內部部門(如產品管理、品質管理、財務等)有效協作
• 提供客戶支援(處理需求提前、延遲、取消及退換貨等問題)
供應商管理
• 與供應商建立良好的溝通管道,維持穩定的合作關係
• 解決交貨、短缺、產品變更通知(PCN)或品質問題
文件與數據維護
• 更新價格、標準化包裝及管理交貨期
• 撰寫關於供應鏈的報告,例如採購活動、供應商表現等

輪班制,月休八天。

工作內容 JOB CONTENT:
1.廠房及其他相關設施之保養維修,機械設備保養維修。
Service & repair of factory facility and related equipment.
2.生產線機台操作、保養、簡易故障排除等。
Operating, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
3.生産線機械設備/機電設備/照明設備之保養維修及異常狀況排除
Production line/ electricals/ lighting maintenance, troubleshoot and repair.
4.檢查生產設備並協助其產出之產品符合標準
Routine inspection of production process and equipment calibration to ensure products manufactured meet the specifications.
5.冷凍冷藏空調系統排除異狀及基礎維修保養,工廠設備巡檢/定期抄錶及動力機房巡檢及水電維養
Maintenance and service of electrical, water, pump, motors, freezers, refrigerators, air chiller system.
Inspection of the facility to ensure all above items are in smooth operational condition. Record and documentation of meters- water, electricity and gas.
6.執行設備年度保養計畫與執行,每日/月檢查保養之執行與記錄
Conduct, update and record routine maintenance programs including daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual, service routines.
7.維持各項紀錄表單相關ISO文件
Update all necessary ISO documentation records.
8.需配合排班輪休之要求及緊急叫修作業
Required to respond to emergency calls for repair needs. Comply with departmental rotation schedule day offs.
9.職業安全衛生相關事宜
Comply with local governmental work safety practice and health regulations.
10. 執行廠內量測儀器內部校正及記錄其相關ISO文件
Calibrate and adjust in-house instruments in compliance with ISO practice.
11.協助廠房外部區域環境清潔
Responsible In the upkeep of the factory interior as well as its surroundings cleanliness and hygiene standard.
12.定期安排消防,緊急應變教育訓練
Schedule routine fire drills & plant emergency protocol training.
13.協助病媒蚊防治工作
Assist pest control and its related maintenance work.
14.主管交辦事項
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
