2. 與物料規劃人員或其他相關部門追蹤所有訂單與物料狀態,並即時與客戶溝通訂單進度
3. 追蹤逾期款項
4. 即時通報可能影響生產或出貨的重要問題,並與相關部門協調解決
5. 協助業務部門其他所需支援事項
1.Maintain customers' database in the system
2.Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
3.Track all orders and material status with material planners or other related departments and communicate with customers order status in a timely manner
4.Track overdue payments and ensure payments are received before due day
5.Rapidly communicate significant issues that could disrupt production / deliveries and cooridnate with related departments to resolve the issue
