Key Responsibilities • Lead the full implementation of TPM across the plant in alignment with corporate strategy. • Continuously update and execute AM/PM preventive maintenance programs. • Establish departmental KPIs, monitor performance, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions. • Manage maintenance orders including manpower allocation, spare parts planning, production downtime coordination, and permit applications for subcontractor entry. • Develop and train maintenance technicians to meet automation equipment demands. • Plan required skills, headcount, and budget for maintenance personnel based on plant-wide equipment needs. • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures using CI, RIE, A3 tools; implement error-proofing and cost-out initiatives. • Support energy resource management and carbon reduction efforts related to water and electricity usage. • Prepare capital expenditure plans including CAR documentation, project charts, and Gantt schedules. • Serve as the MESH element owner and promote its implementation across departments. • Execute tasks assigned by supervisors with precision and accountability. Facility & ESG Management • Oversee facility systems maintenance and scheduling (water, gas, electricity, wastewater, air pollution, HVAC). • Control and plan maintenance-related costs. • Lead environmental and ESG improvement initiatives (e.g., ventilation, heat dissipation, energy saving, zero discharge). • Monitor internal systems for operational stability, including data analysis and anomaly resolution. • Develop and execute fire protection and emergency response plans; manage fire system maintenance and regulatory reporting. • Ensure wastewater and waste treatment operations comply with legal standards. • Manage security operations including monthly inspections, surveillance systems, and contract oversight. • Identify and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., Electrical Act, Energy Management Act, Building Safety Inspection, Fire Safety Law). As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Supply Chain Manager will model effective cross functional collaboration and actively cultivate strong teamwork across all functions at the site. They are responsible for delivering key financial and customer metrics, including On Time Delivery, Gross Inventory/DOH, and Cost Out. • Implement methods, practices, and techniques to ensure optimal movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and inventory levels while delivering world class customer experience • Develop the replenishment strategy for part numbers in the MRP system to generate requirements for manufactured and purchased parts while ensuring desired inventory levels are maintained. • Ensure optimal supply chain execution and production through strong cross functional teamwork (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, Program Management) by recommending actions based on ERP planning and reporting • Lead Step 3 (Production and Capacity Planning) and facilitate the SIOP process for the site, ensuring cross-functional participation, accountability, and procedural compliance with each critical step in the process, with focuses on Demand/Supply Alignment and maintaining lead times that meet market expectations. • Analyze and manage aggregate inventory levels in relation to customer requirements to meet profit and inventory targets and goals. Direct the materials planning and procurement team in analyzing the need for and size of strategic inventories to meet customer demand fluctuations. Arranges for the sale of scrap, obsolete, surplus materials and by-products in order to minimize excess material. • Develop and deploy a formalized cycle counting procedure to inspect and ensure inventory on-hand accuracy and insuring P L impact communicated to plant finance team. • Manage Shipping/Receiving and Stockroom functions. • Execute a global sourcing strategy that simplifies Golf Pride's supply base and leverages our scale for improved cost, delivery performance, and stability of supply. • Lead material cost out program to identify and execute cost savings projects totaling 3% of spend YoY through actions including: cost saving project management, negotiation of favorable payment terms, pricing, MOQ, lot sizes, etc. with suppliers. • Ensure that suppliers comply with Eaton's Supplier Code of Conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility standards. Regularly audits suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing and employment practices consistent with industry guidelines (e.g. ILO), customer requirements, and Golf Pride's brand standard. • Integrate and promote the subcontractor management capability. • Manage plant purchasing activities for items procured on a local basis.
