• 新產品規格撰寫:根據客戶需求及市場數據,制定新產品規格,推動開發與優化產品組合。
• 產品管理:協助產品組合的優化,包括樣品管理、技術文檔維護及定期報告整理。
• 需求優先級設定:分析市場需求與數據,確定產品開發的重點功能,推動產品戰略規劃。
• 市場分析與報告:進行市場與競爭分析,發掘增長機會,並利用 Google Sheet/Excel 提供數據驅動的洞察和策略建議。
• 產品培訓:為內部團隊和客戶設計並提供產品培訓資源,促進產品應用。
• 專案協調:與跨部門團隊合作,管理功能優先級,確保高品質的功能按時交付。
• 產品成功指標:設定並追蹤產品績效指標,透過數據分析優化產品策略。
• 高效問題解決:主持問題解決迭代會議,應對產品生命週期管理中的挑戰。
Key duties:
• New Product Spec documentation: Using customer insight and collected data to guide product development, launch and optimize new products within a portfolio.
• Product management: support product portfolio optimization, assist with the maintenance of sampling, technical documentation and reporting.
• Prioritize Like a Pro: Analyze needs and data to establish the features that matter most, driving strategic development.
• Insights and reporting: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and prepare data-driven insights and reports using google sheet/excel to guide strategic product decisions.
• Product Training: build assets to support training and education to our internal teams and our customers
• Coordinate sprint planning and backlog prioritization: Cross functional team collaboration for feature prioritization, and design decisions to deliver high quality features on time.
• Product success metric: Set and track product success metrics, analyzing data to make data-driven improvements and guide future development.
• High-impact problem sprint: lead and host the high-impact problem sprint to mitigate the issue on product portfolio lifecycle management.

1. Market study and define the product positioning. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met.
2. Work closely with regional sales to fulfill demand and facilitate the business opportunity, and provide technical support..
3. Coordinate with Sales and RD team to define the demand & evaluate ROI.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to accomplish the assignments timely. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
5. Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from roadmap development to product sustaining.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing tech team. The candidate must be willing to be involved in and constantly improve every aspect of the product life cycle, from idea brainstorming, user experience design, functional spec, and engineering work to marketing activities. You are able to work with global colleagues, experience advanced growth, and provide the most up-to-date features to the global market.
Responsibilities
1. Interact with end-users, prospects, and the latest market trends to define market requirements and forward-looking product strategy
2. Translate market requirements into product requirements
3. Plan UI/UX wireframe and work closely with UI designers to come up with good user experience design
4. Define the product roadmap with milestones
5. Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver quality products on time
6. Plan go-to-market strategy together with the product marketing team
7. Growth hacking for revenue-driven planning
1. Closely collaborating with silicon vendor to build up strategy partnership, manage co-engineering/co-marketing activities and create UEFI BIOS product roadmap.
2. Working closely with engineering teams to come out product development plan and define key milestones/deliverables.
3. Drive product development from marketing and customer perspective to ensure product meets customer expectation and leads the market.
4. Manage product development/validation activities throughout product life cycle, including planning, kickoff, development, launch, sustaining and EOL.
5. Own and manage feature requests, including respond to requests from customers, customer support team, project manager and sales; verifying the validity of feature request.
6. Take responsibility for decision in regards to feature/schedule tradeoffs, priority of customer issues, and all other product related issues.
7. Serve as an expert on the product roadmap, including answer questions from the fields, customers and internal teams as well as escalating the appropriate issues to stakeholders.
8. Create promotional materials and promote product to customers for project design-in & design-win.
9. Prepare reports and host meetings to update status and share information with stakeholders.
