The Assistant Wholesale Manager (Vans TW) is responsible for maintaining relationships with key existing partners and advancing business progress, driving Vans Taiwan's wholesale channel and
operations to achieve partners' business and financial goals. The responsibilities include business development, partner relationship management, daily operations, and cross-departmental
collaboration.
The incumbent is also tasked with promoting brand affinity through wholesale partners, influencing consumer-centric, hyper-digital, and retail-centric business strategies, and ensuring consistency
consumer engagement and execution.
Key Result Areas:
- Execute wholesale strategic business plans
- Monitor the health of wholesale business by analyzing sales data and inventory status
- Control market pricing and discounts at wholesale partners' Multi/Mono stores
- Calculate procurement budgets together with wholesale partner
- Regularly organize wholesale partner meetings to review business performance, set goals, and drive their achievement
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide marketing support for wholesale
- Ensure Vans brand exposure and image are consistently upheld
- Cooperate with various teams to formulate business strategies and drive overall market business development
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) activities
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to maintain a performance-oriented team culture
