【Responsibilities】
• Manage HR department contracts
• Assist in communication and coordination with the procurement department
• Handle daily report management and prepare weekly reports for the HR department
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee various HR department projects
• Support the front-end recruitment process
【Requirements】
• Intermediate or above English proficiency
• Proficient in office software applications
• Familiar with Excel (including pivot tables and basic functions)
• Capable of handling basic business correspondence and documents in English
