This is an HR full functions position and needs to support administration work.
1. Recruitment: Understanding the hiring manager's requirement, assisting with ad hoc projects as required and filling all jobs opening.
2. Talent pipeline/database/platform buildup.
3. On-boarding program review and implementation.
4. Probation review arrangement and process improvement.
5. Execute retention program to retain talents.
6. Exit process management.
7. Company's training planning and implementation.
8. Generating routine reports to different departments as needed.
9. Support in events, celebrations, team building, and other activities.
10. Support daily operation work and admin team when needed.
11. Maintain employee relationships and develop effective solutions to conflicts.
