About the Job:
Work as a member of the HR team to provide an accurate and efficient administrative support to the HR department.
Together with the HR team you will support the delivery of the HR Action Plan, HR idea and the IKEA business objectives by working in partnership with all business functions and co-workers in the store.
About the assignment:
1. Responsible for ensuring all HR administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with local audit procedures and all filing systems are up to date and accurate.
2. Work with the HR Generalist to ensure that all candidates that have receive a timely response ensuring that every applicant to IKEA receives the right communication at the right time.
3. Work with managers / team leaders to ensure all HR Administration is completed in a timely manner, including new starters, leavers, pay queries, personal and job changes thus ensuring legal compliance and minimum disruption to Co-worker pay.
4. Support the HR Manager to ensure that all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely and accurate manner; in particular disciplinary, grievance and appeal paperwork.
5. Together with the store HR team contribute to the development of the annual HR action plan aligned to the store business objectives.
6. Be the superuser for Payroll(Soar Cloud, SAP EC) & Time and Attendance(KRONOS) systems.
7. Be the key advisor in the unit for IKEA family friendly policies (maternity, paternity etc.) coach and support the line managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach. Guide and advise co workers of the process, their responsibilities and the procedure to follow under IKEA policy.

o Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans; identify recruitment and training needs.
o Coach managers on performance-related issues and the development of high-performing teams.
o Support career pathing and internal mobility efforts to ensure talent is effectively utilized and retained.
o Responsible for designing and implementing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
o Advise managers on compensation strategies, including promotions, salary adjustments, and incentives.

o Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
o Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.
o Provide training and guidance on HR policies, ensuring consistency across the organization.
• HR Projects and Initiatives
o Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing the employee experience, and driving business results.
o Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs and practices across the organization.
