【工作職掌】
1.考勤與排班管理,管理員工的出勤、請假和加班情況。
2.薪酬與福利管理,負責獎勵發放、勞健保申報等事宜。
3.成本中心管理、薪酬制度管理、人力預算控管。
4.設定績效目標、進行評估、追蹤員工表現。
5.規劃培訓計畫,如新人訓練、員工教育訓練及活動。
6.員工關係與溝通,處理員工關係、新人關懷、離職訪談。
7.流程改善與優化。

• Oversee all HRM for employees in one FC (Fulfillment Center), managing a team of two in improving employee policies and guidelines and making a better workplace
• Daily Operation: New hire and exit process, HR Audit, WD maintenance, RSU user guide, cost center management, reporting, payroll offline data, local government request support, employment contracting, visa and mobility support, and residential support, outsourced service monitor, emergency management, other ad-hoc request in need.
• L&D: New hire onboarding, employee engagement activities, language trainings, workshops, company wide meeting support
• HR Compliance/Process/Projects: Policy and process review and update, benefit review, HR budgeting, HR compliance, etc.
• Partner with other Process COE, People Systems, and other People teams to identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, and/or throughput metrics.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and requests related to people process.
• Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for any issues arising.
• Oversee HR process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Benchmark market best practices and introduce new systems/solutions where applicable.
